Dry Embossing Mouse House Card

It's time for challenge 75 over at CRAFT challenge we want to see some dry embossing on your cards. The winner of this challenge gets to choose 3 digi images from Hope Jacare's digi shop, she has some super digi images including this cute mouse house one that I've used in my DT card

The image from Doodles by Hope Jacare is coloured in with Promarkers and Sakura pens. The dry embossing star background paper was made using a free Christmas embossing board from a craft mag. The butterfly is from Meiflower, the ticket stamp is by Whimsy stamp with distress ink added to it and the rest is from my stash. Thanks for looking. x

Monotone card...

This weeks challenge over at CRAFT is to create a monotone card.

The design team got to play with some images from this weeks sponsor Robyns Fetish Digital stamps. The winner of this challegne gets to choose either 5 digi stamps from the online shop or 4 images and a digi paper pack.

I've used the image 'Fairy Queen' and a couple of papers from the paper pack 'Coney Island Summer Papers'

The rest of the things on my card are: Prima flower (large) and a smaller Papermania flower and brad. The border punch I've used is from Martha Stewart. The bow is from Papermania, the other ribbon is Laura Ashley and the sentiment is Craftwork cards.

Halloween.......

Yesterday was a new challenge over at CRAFT challenge (challenge 73), this week the challenge is to create something SPOOKY

The pumpkin stamp that I used for the main image I also used on shrink plastic to create the little pumpkins which are coloured in with Promarkers. The border punch is from Martha Stewart.

Rainy Days....

This week has gone by very quick, it's that time again for another challenge at CRAFT challenge. This week the design time got the chance to get to play with a super cute image from Sam Doodles, we based our creations around a colour pallet that Elgis designed and had some papers to use that Elgis had kindly created based around the colour pallet. The winner of the challenge gets a copy of the digi image that I've used from Sam Doodles (Rainy day Sam).

The challenge this week (no 72) is to follow a colour pallete; Ovation.

Here's my DT card:

The digi image is coloured in with Promarkers, some of the papers I already had, but the main checked paper is one designed by Eligis. The celebrate charm is from Doodlebug, as are the fish stickers. The rub ons are made by Polar Bear Press and the round message is from Craftwork cards.

Green flower girl

After a long day of painting the hosue I'm having a well deserved play on the PC.

Here's my latest card that I made for a friends birthday last night using a very cute stamp from Sugar Nellie.

All the papers are from craftwork cards, as is the ribbon, card flower, card candy and message. The pearls are from my stash and I also used Prima flowers. The Sugar Nellie image has been coloured in with Promarkers with added stickles glitter.

New Baby Shaped card

This weeks challenge over at CRAFT is a shaped cards. The card base was cut out using my Slice machine. The images is from Meljens designs which i've coloured in with Promarkers and added some Stickles glitter. The heart button is from my stash, the rub ons are from Doodlebug and the pink heart paper is a 12 by 12 paper made by Fancypants deisgn and is called crush.

Fancy Floral Card

Another week has flown by, had a great day last Sunday at a craft show at Alexandra Palace. Lots of new stash to play with, wish I had more hours in the day. Other good news is that we are offically house hunting now, so I may get that craft room that I've been dreaming off. :-)

Here's my DT card for this weeks challenge at CRAFT which is fancy floral (challenge 70), our sponsor this week is Die Cut Dreams

This was the first time I have made a flower. The flowers layers were cut using my slice machine with two different basic grey papers , there were edged with a pink promarker and lots and lots of glitter. They are held together by a pearl brad and silver flower.

The leaves were made using my new woodware leaf punch, the scrol die cut was something I got in a swap from another trimmie. The background papers are from Papermania, the image is a Sugar nellie stamp coloured in with Promarkers and the ribbon is from the hobby house.
