Morning all, I hope everyone is feeling in the Christmas mood only 10 more sleep until santa now :-)
It's time for another challenge over at CRAFT challenge, this week it's to make a card with a removeable item. Such a great challenge, it really got me thinking and I came up with something a bit different to my normal cards for my DT project which I'm really pleased with. My son Owen also made a card for the challenge with he loves and I'm not sure he'll actually give away!!
Anyway back to the challenge, we have two sponsors this week which are ;
You can find more details of the prizes on offer at the CRAFT challenge blog.
So here's my tea light holder card.
I've used a digi image from Bow and Berries called warm penguin (isn't he cute). I've coloured him in with Promarkers. I've covered the card with DPs and added some fabric snowflakes. I've also got a bit of stamping on their are well which is done using SU snowflakes stamps. The sentiment and punches are also SU.
I'd like to enter my tealight card into challenges at:
Crafty ribbons challenge - challenge 8 - tradional colours for Christmas
ABC christmas challenge - Y is for yippee any christmas project
Anything goes challenge blog - no cards
Passion for Promarkers - Celebration
Bunny Zoe crafts - Challenge 19 - Fancy folds
And now for Owens project. He made a card with a removable Christmas decoration in the pocket on the front. He also used the warm penguin digi image for our sponsor.
Owen would like to enter his card into some kids challenges at:
